What Our Customers Have to Say ...
Very fast and friendly. Would definitely recommend Icare repair in the Muskegon Mall.
I had been to several other places to help figure out what I could do to get my phone to charge. I really like my phone and didn't want to spend a fortune to buy a new one. I still may need to get a new phone eventually but Nicholas helped me with a couple options to charge my phone to get me by until I am ready to buy a new one. Great, over the top helpful, friendly service! Thank you, thank you, thank you!
They took good care of my girlfriend when she needed a used phone quickly. A couple of weeks later I decided to buy a used phone here as mine was over 4 years old. I got a 90 day warranty, much better than rolling the dice buying a used phone from some creeper on Craigslist. My only gripe is that after spending $500 on a used Samsung S8+ I was not given a charging cord. The transaction was already complete & it had skipped my mind. Before walking out I asked for one and was told "we don't really have any laying around but you can buy one." I didn't get the slick headphones or any of the accessories it originally came with, fine, but no cord? Slap in the face. Every cord I owned was micro USB. I went to another store to buy a USB C. My advice to the staff is to get a cheap bulk box of charging cords from Amazon for distribution to folks who drop most of a paycheck on a phone in your store. It won't cost you much and you'll avoid souring what had otherwise been a fun experience up to that point. Fun fact: my gf was given a cord with the phone she purchased, but hey, she's more fun to look at than I am.
