    review rating 4  They took good care of my girlfriend when she needed a used phone quickly. A couple of weeks later I decided to buy a used phone here as mine was over 4 years old. I got a 90 day warranty, much better than rolling the dice buying a used phone from some creeper on Craigslist. My only gripe is that after spending $500 on a used Samsung S8+ I was not given a charging cord. The transaction was already complete & it had skipped my mind. Before walking out I asked for one and was told "we don't really have any laying around but you can buy one." I didn't get the slick headphones or any of the accessories it originally came with, fine, but no cord? Slap in the face. Every cord I owned was micro USB. I went to another store to buy a USB C. My advice to the staff is to get a cheap bulk box of charging cords from Amazon for distribution to folks who drop most of a paycheck on a phone in your store. It won't cost you much and you'll avoid souring what had otherwise been a fun experience up to that point. Fun fact: my gf was given a cord with the phone she purchased, but hey, she's more fun to look at than I am.
